At Nutrigent Inc., we understand that plans change. This policy outlines how you can cancel your purchase — whether it’s a one-time order or a recurring subscription.


🛒 One-Time Purchases

All one-time product orders are processed immediately upon confirmation. As a result:

  • Cancellations can only be requested before your order enters processing.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for eligible returns.

🔁 Subscription Orders

We offer flexible subscription options for your convenience. Please review the following cancellation guidelines:

  • You will receive a reminder email 3 days before your next billing cycle.

  • To avoid being charged, you must cancel or modify your subscription before the renewal is processed.

After Processing

  • Once a subscription order has been billed and entered processing, it cannot be canceled.

  • You may return the product in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy. Return shipping costs apply.
