Refunds & Returns

Welcome to Nutrigent Inc. (“Nutrigent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Nutrigent website (www.nutrigent.us) or purchasing products through our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully as they govern your use of the Services, your rights, and your obligations.

At Nutrigent, your satisfaction and wellness are at the heart of everything we do. We craft our products with care, intention, and a deep respect for nature — and we want you to feel that in every order.

Return Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

(1) Contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@nutrigent.us to request a return label.

(2) Once approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days.

(3) Products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original, intact packaging.

(4) Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.

(5) Once your return is received and processed, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to appear on your original form of payment.

Non-Returnable Items:

(1) Opened or unsealed products.

(2) Products with broken seals.

(3) Items without a valid order number.

(4) Products not purchased directly from nutrigent.us.

(5) Returns requested after the 30-day return window.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@nutrigent.us within 10 days of receiving your order and provide:

(1) Your order number

(2) A description of the issue

(3) Clear photos of the product and packaging

If confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund and waive the return shipping fee.

Order Cancellations & Subscription Orders

All orders placed are considered final. Orders are processed immediately after being submitted, and we are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been placed. Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate and complete before completing checkout.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@nutrigent.us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that your order can be modified or canceled once it has entered processing.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, please refer to our Return Policy to initiate a return. All returns are subject to the terms outlined there, including shipping fees.

For Subscription Orders:
You will receive an automated email reminder 3 days before your next subscription is processed. If you no longer wish to receive the product, you must cancel or modify your subscription before the order is processed.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but may be returned in accordance with our return policy. Return shipping fees will apply.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to try a different product, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.

Refund Timeline

Please allow 1–2 weeks for us to process your return after it is received.

Once processed, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

If your original payment method is no longer active, the refund will be forfeited.

If you do not see the refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer first. You can always reach out to our team at info@nutrigent.us for confirmation.
