I like to eat low on the food chain - They eat planktons so don't accumulate up the food chain like the top feeders do. That's why I would rather do krill than fish. Plus, fish oil usually doesn't agree with me. These are easy to swallow and rarely repeat a flavor for me. Not to say it doesn't smell fishy, it does. But, it seems to digest better for me than fish oils I've tried.
