Fantastic Supplements - I am a transwoman, and I'm always taking a rotating assortment of phytoestrogen supplements to potentiate my HRT. Soy products like this are pretty effective. This supplement is quite high quality. It's a liquid inside a gelcap, so the bioavailability is higher than a powder would be. The cap size is totally manageable. There have been no smells of flavors, and no unwelcome side effects. I am almost done with the bottle. Easy to swallow, and a super high quality bottle and lid.
I like to eat low on the food chain - They eat planktons so don't accumulate up the food chain like the top feeders do. That's why I would rather do krill than fish. Plus, fish oil usually doesn't agree with me. These are easy to swallow and rarely repeat a flavor for me. Not to say it doesn't smell fishy, it does. But, it seems to digest better for me than fish oils I've tried.
